- 1 cup mashed pumpkin canned or roasted and mashed
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup pecans pulverized
- ¼ tsp cinnamon ground
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup Maple Spice Crème Fraîche recipe follows
Maple Spice Creme Fraiche
- 1 cup Crème Fraîche
- 1½ tablespoons pure maple syrup
- ½ tsp nutmeg freshly grated
- ¼ tsp clove ground
