SPICY COCONUT LIME POPSICLES

Ingredients
- 14 ounce can whole coconut milk
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Fine grain salt (Tiny pinch)
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients in a medium bowl, add the lime zest and mix until well combined.
- Pour into your popsicle mold and add the sticks after an hour.
- After about 4 hours freezing time, remove pops from the mold.
Notes
- Feeling adventurous? Make a batch of boozy popsicles by adding a splash of your favorite rum or tequila.
- Coat the inside of the popsicle molds with shredded coconut flakes. This will add a delightful crunch to the popsicle.
- Adding a drop or two of pure vanilla extract to the mix adds a subtle depth of flavor that’ll leave everyone wanting more.
- Be patient and allow the popsicles to freeze completely before removing them from the molds to avoid any mishaps.
- Store any remaining ice cream mixture in an airtight container and pop it in the freezer. You can melt it and pour it into molds whenever popsicle craving hits again.
