  • ground flax–¼ cup

  • applesauce– ¾ cup

  • water– 1 cup

Step by step guideline to make the waffle

Step-1

Grease the waffle maker and Preheat.

Step-2

Take a large bowl, add the flour, flax, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and brown sugar to the bowl.

Step-3

After that, make a mixture with the applesauce and vanilla.

Step-4

In the fourth step, slowly add the water with the mixture of flour to make a smooth batter. It the batter become thick enough, you need to little add more water.

Step-5

Spoon some batter in the middle of the hot waffle maker. Continue to spread until within 6 inches of the edge of the grid.

Step-6

Then you have to close the lid for cooking until it becomes golden brown.

Step by step Instructions

Step-1

Take a medium sized bowl, combine some amount of  milk, cornstarch, vanilla, and cinnamon in the bowl. Start whisking until everything combines perfectly and the cornstarch dissolves completely.

Step-2

Place a large, non-stick pan on the oven under medium heat.

Step-3

Put a slice of bread in the milk mixture. When the whole bread is wet, turn it over and let it soak again for an additional 3 seconds.

Step-4

Take 1 tablespoon of butter and place it in a pan. Then place 2 slices of bread in to the pan and cook it for minimum 3 to 4 minutes until it becomes golden.

Step-5

 Flip the French toast pieces with a spatula, take an extra 3 to 4 minutes to fry them on a golden brown core. Then remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining bread slices.

Step-6

Once the cooking is completed, you should  top the slices with strawberries, syrup, and powdered sugar etc.

  • All-purpose flour—1 ½ cups  
  • Baking powder– 1 tablespoon 
  • Sugar, optional– 1 tablespoon

  • milk, dairy or non-dairy– 1 ¼ cups 
  • Egg substitute– 1

  • Flax egg: soak 1 tablespoon ground flax meal in 3 tablespoons warm water. Wait for a minimum 10 minutes until it becomes gel- forms.
  •  ¼ cup mashed ripe banana
  • ¼ cup canned pumpkin puree
  •  Chia egg:  Soak 1 tablespoon chia seeds in 3 tablespoons hot water. Wait minimum 10 minutes until it become gel forms

Instructions

Step-1

Take a large bowl, add the combination of flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar to the bowl. 

Step-2

Take an egg replacer of your preference. Once you mix it you have to wait for the time mentioned on the label. After that you have to add it to the middle of the bowl. But for canned pumpkin or mashed banana, you do not need to wait.

Step 3

Then you need to add the melted butter to the mixture, and add some amount of milk to the bowl. 

Step 4:

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, and then combine everything into a batter. 

Step 5:

Then you need to preheat a non-stick griddle (trending griddle cleaning tips) or non-stick pan on the oven to medium- heat. Grease the pan perfectly with butter or spray, and then pour a less than ¼ cup of batter immediately on each pancake.

Step 6:

After that you need to wait a minimum of 2 minutes. Wait until the defined edges are formed and the batter starts to bubble. Cook for another 1 or 2 minutes until the tops feel “bounced”. 

Step 7:

Remove the pan cake from heat and it is ready to serve with your favorite toppings.

  •  mashed banana — ½ cup  (approx 1 large)
  •  Smooth peanut butter– ½ cup 
  •  Honey or maple syrup– ½ cup 
  •  Vanilla extract– 2 teaspoons 
  •  fashioned oats– 1 cup old
  • Flour– ¼ cup 
  • Ground flaxseed– ¼ cup 
  • vanilla protein powder– ¼ cup 
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • Baking soda– ½ teaspoon 
  • Raisins, optional–½ cup

Step–1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Take two cookie sheets and  Lightly coat them with cooking spray; keep it aside.

Step–2

Take a large bowl, start stirring the banana, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla together.

Step–3

Then again take a small bowl, make a mixture with oats, flour, ground flax, protein powder, cinnamon, and baking soda.

Step–4

After that Stir the oat mixture slowly and perfectly with the banana until it is perfectly combined. Then stir in raisins to the mixture.

Step–5

Take a ¼-cup measuring cup, Make a mound of flour 3 inches apart on the cookie sheet. Take a thin metal or small plastic spatula and spread each pile of flour 2 ¾-inch round, about 6 inches thick, so that the cookie shit is very good.

Then place the one sheet on the oven for Bake, at a time, you have to wait for 14 to 16 minutes or until it gets browned. Lastly you have to transfer them to wire racks to  cool them completely.

Step–6

Store all cookies in an airtight container for minimum days or you can freeze it foe up to 2 months; thaw before serving.
